That is so great that you are getting help and support and VERY brave of you to speak at the Tony Atwood thing! It does seem strange that there are no other autistic people speaking. Seems to happen a lot.

Thank you Lori. That means a lot. Jasmine is a friend of mine who has an autistic son.
I have an appointment with a psychiatrist soo, hopefully that will sort some things out.

I think that the sound would be worse. Because when it gets too much for me, it is my choice as to whether I feel I should block the empathy off. But then, if I don’t, I will end up crying or having a meldown or something.

I do not think that all autistic people don’t empathy either. Sometimes I think I have too much of it too. When it gets too much I don’t have to shut it off because my head gets very loud and blocks it out. Not sure which is worse.

I am so glad to hear you are feeling better Renaeden! Hang in there. Even if it happens again, you will be okay again. I am glad you have support and would like to give 3 cheers to Jasmine even though I have no idea who she is. I hope you keep feeling better and better
